I live in the most beautiful place in Canada with my husband, my four children, my dog and my cat. I enjoy debating about educational reform in our province with anyone who is passionate about education (regardless of which form it takes). I am a homelearning and curriculum consultant and work mostly from home on a part-time basis and I speak at homeschool conventions in our province.
I am seeking God’s leading in my life and am keeping my eyes on Him as I disciple my children.

I just stumbled upon your site & am still browsing. I’m very new to homeschooling & have 2 sons, 4 & 6. Most of my teaching experience has been with teens & adults – preschoolers are a huge challenge fro me! Anyway, I got to your site b/c of SWR…my story almost sounds likes yours & I’m about ready to buy AAS. Anyway, I feel like a failure quite often in this new endeavor & I just praise God that I now have your blog/site to kinda be mentored:-)
My husband is from Winnipeg & we haven’t been able to visit family since 2005. We miss hanging out with Canadians:-)
